The cake was beyond excellent and much appreciated by all. Jackie loved it and had a a great birthday. We took a party of 20 to lunch at ‘La Parisienne’ in Romsey where the cake was brought out to Jackie with the usual fuss given to these things. The maitre d’ complimented your effort and said it was simply superior to almost all such confections he gets to see. Praise indeed!

I just wanted to thank you for the amazing cake. I loved the bee theme and so impressed with all the ways you incorporated it into the cake. It looked amazing and tasted so yummy. I have enjoyed the last piece with my coffee today.
